I cannot thank Michelle enough for her help and guidance on losing weight. I was made to feel very welcome after always being self conscious when working out and in the gym, the time spent there was loads of fun and I had no stress, I did workouts made for what I wanted to achieve and I was pushed to succeed in a positive way.
